Asus has launched live-centric smartphone named Asus Zenfone Live (ZB501KL) with real-time beautification technology in Navy Black, Rose Pink, and Shimmer Gold color variants at Rs 9999. The main purpose of the Asus Zenfone Live is to enhance the broadcasting experience for gadget geeks and tech enthusiasts who are constantly tapping the live feature available on Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
According to Asus, the Zenfone Live is the first smartphone to ship with hardware-optimized real-time beautification technology paired with the BeautyLive app. As a user, you will be able to share improved versions of your face while broadcasting content via Live.
BeautyLive app
The newly launched Asus BeautyLive app is designed to integrate with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for instant beautification during live streaming. Moreover, the selfie snapper features a large 1.4µm pixel size for 2X-greater light sensitivity alongside an 82-degree field of view and soft-light LED flash. With Asus Zenfone Live, you will be able to capture wide-angle group selfies.
Enhanced background noise filtering technology
The highlight of Asus Zenfone Live is that the phone integrates dual Micro-electrical-mechanical system (MEMS) microphones to filter out background noise and enhanced voice pick up. You will be able to perform live events even if you are standing on a busy street with vehicle sounds. To enhance audio experience, the Zenfone Live is integrated with a five-magnet speaker with smart amplifier. It also includes 7.1 channel virtual surround sound over headphones.

Designed with sandblasted metallic finish, the Asus Zenfone Live is manufactured using 2.5D arc glass, curved ergonomics, light-weight materials including an exhaustive 75 percent screen-to-body ratio. The phone measures only 120 grams in weight.

The BeautyLive app included with Asus Zenfone Live takes advantage of smart software algorithms and hardware acceleration. The end result of the app is that it will automatically smooth skin and remove blemishes. The feature works with not only the rear camera but also front-facing snapper.
