Nokia 9 is expected to launch soon with the smartphone showing up on Geekbench. According to the data captured from Geekbench, the upcoming Nokia 9 is expected to ship with 8GB RAM. The benchmarking specifications show that the phone will have 7717MB RAM.
Expected to be tagged with model number TA-1004, the rumored Nokia 9 will be loaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Interestingly, the model has been specified as Unknown Heart. We wonder why the Geekbench has specified the name.
The processor will be that of Snapdragon and will run at a clock speed of 1.90GHz. Even though Snapdragon is not specified, we infer that it should be because the results mention Qualcomm. In all probability, you can expect Snapdragon 835 processor to ship with the smartphone.
Moreover, the processor runs under 8 cores. We don’t have any information about the motherboard specification. However, the processor ID is mentioned as “ARM implementer 81 architecture 8 variant 10 part 2048 revision 1”.
While the single-core score is given as 615, the Nokia 9 reportedly scored a multi-core score of 1116. The previous rumors signal the fact that the handset will ship with either 4GB or 6GB RAM. The latest Geekbench results with 8GB RAM is pretty interesting with the fact that OnePlus 5 will also integrate 8GB RAM.
Even though you can expect standard version of OnePlus with 6GB RAM, you can also expect a premium version with 8GB RAM. Some of the other rumored specifications are 5.27-inch WQHD IPS display, 64GB expandable internal storage, 13MP dual rear camera. You will be able to work with Android 7.1.1 Nougat, which helps you to work with the latest features such as split-mode, enhanced Doze mode and improved notifications.
