Chuwi has integrated Intel Apollo Lake N3450 manufacturing using 14nm technology. The advantage of Surface Pro 4 is the addition of 6th generation Intel Core m3, i5, or i7 processors. The standard variant ships with Intel Core m3 and 128GB storage without the stylus for $699.

Chuwi Surbook is equipped with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Microsoft Surface Pro 4, on the other hand, offers 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD storage. However, you have an option to buy up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
