HMD Global is scheduled to unveil a wide range of Android-branded smartphones in India on June 13. The company has mailed out the media invites for the event, where you can see the launch of Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6. Nokia will reveal the features, specifications, and pricing for the new handsets.
At the MWC 2017, HMD Global had announced the launch of the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 smartphones by the end of Q2 2017. Even though the phones will be launched on June 13, you can expect the availability on June 15. Initially, Nokia 3 will be made available. However, you will have to wait until the end of June to purchase Nokia 5 and Nokia 6.
Nokia 3
Nokia 3 will feature a 5-inch HD display, MediaTek MT6737 processor, 2GB RAM coupled with 16GB expandable internal storage. The phone will be equipped with 8MP camera sensors on both the rear and front powered by a 2650mAh battery.
Nokia 5
Nokia 5 will ship with a 5.2-inch HD display, Snapdragon 430 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage powered by a 3000mAh battery. While the rear side features a 13MP camera sensor, the front-facing shooter bears an 8MP sensor.
Nokia 6
If you look at Nokia 6, the handset ships with a 5.5-inch FHD display, 4GB RAM alongside 64GB internal storage. The rear camera flaunts a 16MP camera sensor, while the front-facing snapper is infused with an 8MP sensor. The handset ships with the same Snapdragon 430 processor.
We already know that the upcoming Nokia handsets will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat. However, you will be eligible for Android O update by the end of 2017. You can expect the stock Android since Nokia believes in delivering a pure Android experience. Moreover, the company is gearing up to provide a brand value in the smartphone segment.
