ZTE has rolled out a new second software update for ZTE Quartz smartwatch. If you are using ZTE Quartz, you should check for the presence of the update. As usual, the new software bits will arrive through an over-the-air update. Hence, it will few days for the update to reach your Quartz wearable.
Tagged with build 20F, the ZTE Quartz smartwatch update includes Google security patches and improvements to Bluetooth connectivity and synchronization. Moreover, the official Z-Community page discloses that the update also comes with several other features and bug fixes.
According to ZTE, you should charge the Quartz Smartwatch fully and also establish connectivity with Wi-Fi before proceeding to download the update. To install the update, you need to browse Settings | System | About | System Updates from within your ZTE Quartz smartwatch.
The company has advised users to check for the update and know the feedback. You can report bugs and also suggest features, which will be implemented in the upcoming builds if there a demand.
