AT&T has rolled out June security update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. As of this writing, the update is being rolled out via OTA. Hence, it will take few days for the update to hit your handset. If you install the update, your Galaxy Note 5 smartphone already installed with Android 7.0 Nougat will be updated with latest security updates.
With baseband version N920AUCS4EQF1, the June security update is being made available via build number NRD90M.N920AUCS4EQF1. Moreover, the Kernel version is mentioned as 3.10.61-10809541 on the official software update page. You should install the previous version with build number N920AUCS4EQE1 to install the update.
In addition to the regular bug fixes, the update also includes a series of system enhancements. The performance of your device will improve to a large extent if you install the update.
The file size of the installation package is 16.8MB. Hence, you will be able to easily install the update quickly either via Wi-Fi or 4G. Normally, the update installations are carried out via Wi-Fi but since the size is less, you can proceed with mobile data if you have the capacity.
