Asus has slashed the prices of Zenfone 3 series including Zenfone 3 Max. According to industry analysts, the prices of Asus Zenfone 3 series have been reduced as a result of the rollout of the Goods and Services Tax. There are reports that Asus has decreased the prices of Zenfone 3 ahead of the arrival of Zenfone 4 smartphone. The company is expected to unveil the Zenfone 4 series before the end of August 31.
Commenting on the development, Peter Chang, Region Head – South Asia & Country Manager, ASUS India disclosed that Zenfone 3 and Zenfone 3 Max has received an overwhelming and tremendous response in India.
The company is happy to announce a new price for both the smartphones. Chang also expressed confidence that the Zenfone 3 series will be one of the best buys in the Indian market.
Asus has reduced the prices for Zenfone 3 5.2 [ZE520KL], Zenfone 3 5.5 [ZE552KL], Zenfone 3 MAX 5.2 [ZC520TL], Zenfone 3 MAX 5.5 [ZC553KL], and Zenfone 3s MAX [ZC521TL].
You can purchase Zenfone 3 5.5 [ZE552KL] for Rs. 16999 instead of Rs. 19999.
While the Zenfone 3 5.2 [ZE520KL] can be bought for Rs. 15999 (Rs. 17999), you can add Zenfone 3 MAX 5.5 [ZC553KL] to the shopping cart for Rs. 14999 instead of the previous price of Rs. 15,999.
The price of Zenfone 3s MAX [ZC521TL has been reduced to Rs. 12999 and that of Zenfone 3 MAX 5.2 [ZC520TL] for Rs. 10,999. Hence, you will be able to buy the smartphones at a reduction of Rs. 2000.
