Asus ZenFone 4 Geekbench Listing Reveals Snapdragon 660 Processor

Asus is scheduled to unveil ZenFone 4 series smartphones before the end of August 2017. However, a new smartphone reportedly named Asus ZenFone 4 has surfaced on Geekbench.

The benchmark data of Asus ZenFone 4 with model number asus ASUS_Z01KD reveals the presence of Snapdragon 660 processor running at a clock speed of 2.21GHz. Moreover, the processor will run at 8 cores and will be loaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

While the motherboard model is listed as sdm660, the upcoming Asus ZenFone 4 will most likely ships with 3748MB RAM, which equates to 4GB. While the ZenFone 4 bags a multi-core score of 4127, the handset fetches a single-core score of 855. If you examine the multi-core rating, the phone is expected to perform well in gaming. However, you need not have to expect power performance.

In addition to Asus ZenFone 4, the company is also planning to launch ZenFone 4 Max, ZenFone 4 Pro, ZenFone 4 Selfie, and ZenFone 4V smartphones with a wide range of features and specifications. The rumor mills state that the new handsets will launch within the next few days. The delay in the launch of the Asus ZenFone 4 series is attributed to the design overhaul.
