Microsoft Skype for Android has been updated with a refreshed user interface alongside a wide range of new features. However, the new update will be available for testing only for Skype Insiders who are provided with exclusive access to the Preview builds. The Redmond-based company usually pushes the Preview releases before they are released as a stable version.
If you are part of Skype Insiders group, you can download Skype preview Android app, which brings in improved features. The new sharing capabilities work by integrating the Skype app into the core share system of the Android OS. Moreover, you can share images and links to Skype from other apps. The update also includes a feature with which users can delete the contacts from their profile.
The Skype preview release also comes with general performance improvements and enhanced in-call photo rendering. If you are part of the Skype Insider program, you can download the updated release directly from the Google Play Store.
