Amazon Anytime messaging app will have cool features [Rumor]

Amazon is gearing up to launch its own in-house developed messaging app named Anytime. According to AFTV News, the US-based e-commerce giant has started a customer survey to gauge the feedback from potential customers about the features that need to be integrated with the Anytime app.

We expect that the app will help you to establish contact with the technical support team for product related queries. However, there is no official confirmation.

The upcoming messaging app is expected to work as a multi-oriented service and will likely prove as a tough competitor to the existing mobile messaging apps. In addition to traditional messaging, the Anytime app will also focus on photo sharing including video and voice calls.

You will be able to apply filters to images and videos including the ability to make use of GIFs, emojis, and stickers. You will be able to mention other users using @username format. The Anytime app will have gaming functionality as well.

After the installation of the Anytime app, you will be able to call other individuals, business establishments and also to book tickets. We are not sure how this will work out but the rumor mills state that these functions are included. The survey report states that you will be able to color code your conversations in addition to adding nicknames. It is also possible to share location, music listening, food ordering via Anytime app.

According to the data gathered from the survey, the Anytime messaging app from Amazon will be secure and encrypted. You can provide financial related information without any worry.

To recall, Amazon launched Chime video conferencing app, which is exclusively developed to compete with Skype and other messaging apps. If the rumor of the reported release of Anytime app turns out to be true, then it will set new dimensions and will compete with Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.

We will continue to keep track of the developments surrounding Anytime app. Stay tuned.
