Nokia 8 expected to launch on July 31 with Snapdragon 835 processor

HMD Global is gearing up to launch a premium flagship smartphone before the end of July. According to rumor mills, the company will most likely launch either Nokia 8 or Nokia 9 with Snapdragon 835 processor on July 31.

In a report published by WinFuture, the upcoming smartphone will be Nokia 8 paired with the model number TA-1004. If HMD Global launched Nokia 8, then it will be the most expensive smartphones of the Finland-based Nokia.

There is also widespread news that the phone bearing model number TA-1004 could launch as Nokia 9 in Steel, Gold/Blue, Blue and Gold/Copper color variants. If the report surfacing on the rumor mills are to be believed, you can expect the launch of Nokia 8 at a price of EUR 595.

The main highlight of the Nokia 8 is the integration of a Snapdragon 835 processor. Hence, you will be able to work and play games without any games. Moreover, the upcoming smartphone will also integrate 4GB RAM alongside 64GB internal storage. The phone will also integrate dual-SIM cards for units shipped to Europe. You will also be able to purchase single SIM variant.

We don’t have exact specifications of the upcoming Nokia smartphone. However, as per the previous rumors the handset will most likely ship with a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display paired with the 13MP camera sensor.

You can also expect a surprise since HMD Global has established a strategic partnership with Zeiss. Hence, you can expect the addition of Zeiss camera lens, which will be capable of delivering accurate real-life images even during low-light conditions.

Nokia 8 is expected to set new benchmarks in the smartphone industry with advanced flagship specifications. You will work with a large display, powerful processor, and a high-quality camera. We will continue to monitor the developments associated with Nokia 8 and keep you updated. Stay tuned.
