Asus is scheduled to launch a wide range of smartphones under the tag name ZenFone 4 before the end of 2017. The company usually conducts the launch event around August. The alleged renders of the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro have been leaked in Italy and it reveals the presence of the dual camera on the rear.
The main highlight of the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro is the addition of a dual rear camera with 2x zoom capability. The phone also features an LED flash located adjacent to the sensors. According to PhoneRadar, the smartphone will have an ability to capture images with the same quality as the iPhone 7 Plus.
Touted as the premium variant, the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro with model number Z01GS for the European market will feature a 5.7-inch QuadHD display, 6GB RAM alongside Snapdragon 835 processor.
The phone will be preloaded with Android 7.1.1. Nougat on top of a customized version of ZenUI. The leaked render showcases the official logo of the Asus followed by Ericsson and Snapdragon. Moreover, the phone is connected with a Blac-colored cable.
Based on reports from Digital Day, the rumored Asus ZenFone 4 Pro will ship with an LTE X16 modem, which is capable of delivering 1Gbps LTE connectivity. The portal also revealed a full-screen non-English content image of the phone.
Designed with an aluminum unibody, the phone will have a physical home button coupled with a fingerprint sensor. The handset will also offer a widescreen lens to enable 2x zoom lens to work without any kind of clarity. Dubbed as a premium flagship device, we don’t have any information about the exact launch date of the phone. However, the previous rumors from multiple sources indicate that the phone will launch on September 21.
