When it comes to smartphone coloring, Red looks extremely attractive. Apple had recently released the Red color variant of iPhone 7 and is caught the attention of tech enthusiasts. The latest news is that Nubia is gearing up to launch the Flame Red color variant of Nubia Z17 on August 1 at $415.
On the specifications front, the Nubia Z17 features a 5.5-inch FHD display, Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB RAM coupled with 64GB and 128GB internal storage variants. Nubia also released 8GB RAM variant of the handset. The 6GB RAM model is available in both 64GB and 128GB storage variants.
When it comes to the optics front, the Nubia Z17 is equipped with dual camera sensors comprising of 23MP and 12MP sensors. The 23MP sensor features a f/2.0 aperture, while the 12MP will have an aperture of f/1.8.
The sensors are incorporated with a dual pixel technology alongside sapphire glass lens and 2x optical zoom. It is possible to capture images with the background blur effect. The Nubia Z17 also comes with a 16MP front-facing snapper with a f/2.0 aperture paired with 80-degree viewing angle.
In addition to Android 7.1 Nougat, the Nubia Z17 also provides support for HiFi+, NFC, Dolby Atmos. The phone is infused with Nubia UI 5.0 interface. Even though the handset is integrated with Quick Charge 4.0+ support, the company has packaged a Quick Charge 3.0 charger into the product package. A 3200mAh battery provides power for the device.
The flash sale for the Nubia Z17 with Flame Red color variant will start at 10 AM on August 1. The 6GB RAM and 64GB storage model is priced at $415. However, the 128GB storage model will be available at $505 with 6GB RAM. Nubia has also bundled a free pair of Nubia Pro Wired Earphones priced at $22 along with the 128GB storage model in both Black and Red color variants.
