UMIDIGI has released an official video, which demonstrates the drop test of the UMIDIGI Crystal smartphone. Designed with a full-glass body, the rear and the front of the UMIDIGI Crystal handset are integrated with 2.5D tough glass. Moreover, the phone is designed using sturdy metal chassis and double uninterrupted slabs of Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
In the video, the user drops the UMIDIGI Crystal handset several times and showcases the display. We are unable to see any kind of damages. Even after several drops from various heights, the rear panel looks shiny and there are no visible changes to the display.
The phone doesn’t suffer from any serious damages on the edges and surface and it functions normally. Hence, the phone looks very tough than an ordinary metal. The company sources revealed to us that the drop test video has been carried out through three levels of the height such as 1,1.2 and 1.5 meters. The product team has done a great job in ensuring that the phone remains in one single price even after multiple drops.
