Even though there is no official confirmation, the Quandt’s revelations can be believed to some extent because of his credibility.
Likely to be tagged with the model number ZS551KL, the upcoming Asus ZenFone 4 Pro is expected to be equipped with a 5.5-inch FHD AMOLED display, Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage powered by a 3600mAh battery. However, Quandt has put a question mark adjacent to AMOLED. There is a possibility that Asus will incorporate another technology into the display in a bid to attract sales. If the rumor pointed out by Quandt is to be believed, the addition of the Snapdragon 835 processor will be a big bonus since it provides excellent performance coupled with low power consumption. Moreover, the integrated 3600mAh battery helps the phone to deliver the much-needed backup.
According to Quandt, the thickness of the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro will measure 7.6mm, which is pretty less than competitors. We expect the company has carved a niche by introducing a phone with less thickness. Interestingly, Quandt hasn’t revealed the possible specifications of the camera.
That said, the integration of Android 7.1 Nougat in the ZenFone 4 Pro is confirmed on top of the ZenUI skin. It will bring all the core features of Android 7.1 Nougat such as split-screen, improved power saving features, and enhancements in notifications.
