Samsung Galaxy C7 2017 hits Geekbench with Helio P20 processor

Samsung Galaxy C7 2017 has surfaced on Geekbench with 3GB RAM and MT6757 processor, which is also called as Helio P20. The chipset runs at a clock speed of 1.69GHz under 8 cores. With model number samsung SM-C7100, the benchmarking specifications reveal the fact that the Samsung Galaxy C7 2017 will be loaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

The integration of Helio P20 processor is seen with high importance since the previous reports signaled the addition of Snapdragon 660 or Exynos 7872 processor. However, Samsung had decided to make use of MediaTek because of the features. We expect the processor will run at a basic speed with reduced power consumption. While the single core score gets a value of 865, the Galaxy C7 2017 has been tagged with a multi-core score of 3621.

According to the Geekbench listing, the upcoming Galaxy C7 2017 will ship with a 2700MB RAM. Hence, we infer the phone to bear 3GB RAM. There is also a possibility for the release of 4GB RAM model paired with 64GB internal storage if the previous benchmarking data are to be believed.

Based on the TENAA revelations, the Samsung Galaxy C7 2017 will be equipped with a 5.5-inch FHD display, the dual camera comprising of 13MP and 5MP sensors. The front camera will have a 16MP capacity. It is required to accept the facts only with a pinch of salt since there is no confirmation from the company sources.

The approval of TENAA, Bluetooth, FCC, and WiFi Alliance is very much required before the release of every smartphone. Apparently, the data submitted to the agencies will leak via various sources.
