Motorola Moto X4 has cleared the mandatory US FCC certification. With model number XT-1900-1, the Motorola Moto X4 will be equipped with a 5.2-inch FHD AMOLED display coupled with Snapdragon 630 processor and Adreno 508 graphics. According to the theleaker, the efficient when compared with the Snapdragon 625 processor because of the 14nm manufacturing process.
Specifications wise, the display will bear a 424PPI pixel density with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The Snapdragon 630 processor will be capable of running at a clock speed of 2.2GHz. The rumored Moto X4 handset will carry 4GB LPDDR4X RAM running at a speed of 1333MHz. The phone will ship with a default storage of 64GB expandable up to 256GB.
The highlight of Motorola Moto X4 is the inclusion of Bluetooth 5.0 support in addition to 4G LTE, 3G WCDMA, 2G GSM, GPS, and GLONASS. Moreover, the handset provides support for Wi-Fi and standard sensors such as accelerometer, compass, gyroscope and proximity sensor.
While the rear camera will most likely include dual 12MP camera comprising of RGB and monochrome sensors with support for PDAF, HDR, face detection, geotagging, burst and slow motion mode. The selfie camera will offer a 16MP wide-angle sensor.
Likely to be powered by a 3000mAh battery, the upcoming Motorola Moto X4 will ship with USB Type C 25w turbo charging support. The handset will be able to deliver one day of backup upon normal usage. Expected to be priced at EUR 350, the Moto X4 will be made available in Super Black, Gold, and Sterling Blue color variants.
Talking about the design, the rear of the Moto X4 will be manufactured using 3D Glass, which curves on the sides. Moreover, the edges align themselves seamlessly with the metallic side frame. We don’t have any confirmation about the expected release date of the Moto X4 smartphone.
