Samsung Galaxy Tab A2 S With Android Nougat Expected To Hit Retail Shelves Soon

Samsung Galaxy Tab A2 S is expected to find limelight within the next few days. Dubbed with model numbers Samsung SM-T380 and SM-T385, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A2 S will feature an 8-inch HD display.

According to Roland Quandt‏, a popular tipster also known by the handle @rquandt, the upcoming device with the specified model numbers is not Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 but Galaxy A2 S. Interestingly, a tablet with the name Galaxy Tab A2 S had surfaced on FCC, TENAA, and WiFi Alliance.

Specifications wise, the Galaxy Tab A2 S is equipped with an 8-inch HD display, Snapdragon 427 processor, Adreno 308 graphics, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable internal storage loaded with Android 7.1 Nougat. The processor runs at a clock speed of 1.4GHz.

While the rear side features an 8MP camera sensor, the front-facing camera bears a 5MP sensor. Expected to be available in Gold and Black color variants, the Galaxy Tab A2 S will be powered by a 5000mAh battery. Even though the tablet will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat, we expect the rollout of Android 8.0 Oreo before the end of 2017.

The tablet space has not diminished with the arrival of plenty of smartphones. People still make use of the premium tablets to navigate the web and apps. With the help of Tablets, it is possible to work with a large area. However, the overall weight of the tablet will increase depending upon the display size. For example, a 7-inch tablet will weigh less than an 8-inch tablet. If you are planning to buy a 2-in-1 tablet, it is essential to invest in a keyboard since you will feel the pain while using it with hand.
