Expected to be powered by a 2.4GHz octa-core processor, the Sony Xperia XZ1 will be equipped with a 6.2-inch display, Adreno 540 graphics processor, 4GB RAM coupled with 128GB internal storage. However, the GFXBench specifications reveal the presence of 3.6GB RAM and 111GB storage capacity.
While the rear camera will feature 18MP sensor, the front-facing camera will be equipped with a 12MP sensor. The GFXBench results state that both the rear and front camera will provide an ability to capture 4K videos at 3840×2160 pixels. The phone will be the first smartphone to ship with Android 8.0 Oreo after Google Pixel series.
