It seems like the world is preparing itself to become bezel-less. Vernee is gearing up to release Vernee Mix 2 with a bezel-less display. The renders of the Vernee Mix 2 reveal that the display will have an aspect ratio of 18:9, which is standard in the bezel-less phones. Moreover, the device will be equipped with dual rear cameras.
The dual cameras are placed horizontally alongside fingerprint sensor in the middle of the rear side. We are unable to view a clear picture of the front display but it looks reflective and also doesn’t contain any bezels. Upon inspection of the rear side, we can conclude that it is made up of a single piece of glass.
The front panel of the Vernee Mix 2 is enclosed in a single panel of glass. Based on the looks of the leaked image, we can infer that the phone will not accommodate physical home buttons including a microphone and front camera. As you can see, both the front and rear side are designed using glass.
The aspect ratio of 18:9 will be excellent for reading books and navigating apps because the whole content will be exposed. The same ratio is being adopted by the likes of Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6, and others.
We don’t have any information about the specifications of the Vernee Mix 2 smartphone. However, we can expect the integration of a 6-inch display with powerful Snapdragon processor, 6GB RAM, and 128GB internal storage. Going forward, we can expect the launch of several smartphones with bezel-less displays coupled with dual rear cameras.
We will continue to keep track of the developments. Stay tuned.
