Panasonic has launched the much-awaited Panasonic P99 at Rs. 7490 in Black, Blue, and Champagne Gold color variants. The main attraction of the Panasonic P99 is the integration of 4G VoLTE support coupled with Android 7.0 Nougat.
Commenting on the launch, Pankaj Rana, Business Head – Mobility Division, Panasonic India disclosed that they are happy to announce the next edition of the P series. Moreover, the Panasonic P99 features an improved display with various camera modes.
The enhanced version of Android 7.0 Nougat helps you to easily multitask and establish connectivity with the world. Rana added that the new launch will enable customers to have a choice from a wide range of competing handsets.
In terms of specifications, the Panasonic P99 features a 5-inch HD display, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable internal storage powered by a 2000mAh battery. We don’t have the details of the processor but it is said that the phone ships with a quad-core processor running at 1.25GHz.
While the rear camera offers an 8MP camera sensor, the front-facing camera is equipped with a 5MP camera sensor. The camera located on the rear side provides support for LED flash and various modes such as beauty, night, professional, watermark, burst mode, panorama, and HDR.
With a weight of 145 grams, the Panasonic P99 provides support for 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The phone offers a slightly higher thickness of 8.6mm, which is comparatively higher than standard handsets.
