Vespa RED Special Edition Scooter

Piaggio has launched Vespa RED special edition scooter in India. Touted as a special edition series, the company has established a partnership with RED in the quest to fight against AIDS disease. The latest Vespa RED model is based on the Vespa 125 variant. The red color of the body reflects the organization coupled with the 12-inch red alloy wheels.

The Vespa RED scooter is currently available in India at Rs. 87009, which is the price in Mumbai. The cost will vary depending on the state and city. As part of the partnership with RED, the company will donate $50 to the AIDS Global Fund. The new scooter is designed with red art leather seat.

In addition to a powerful 125cc three-valve engine, the Vespa RED special edition scooter is equipped with 10PS of power with 10.5Nm of torque. Moreover, the engine ships with a CVT automated gearbox.

The scooter is manufactured using a strong and durable monocoque chassis with a single-sided front suspension for a premium look. The front disc brake measures 220mm paired with a trendy digital instrument cluster. Piaggio also released exclusive Vespa RED merchandise accessories comprising of a hat, helmet, and T-shirt.

If you are unaware, Red is a popular brand, which contributes 50 percent of profits from exclusive Red-centric goods and services to AIDS Global fund.
