HP has launched the next generation HP Spectre 13 and HP Spectre x360 13 laptops powered by the recently released 7th Generation Intel processors. The newly launched laptops will be available in Asia and Japan from October end.
The HP Spectre 13 is equipped with micro-edge bezels coupled with Corning Gorilla Glass. Moreover, the display is capable of delivering content up to 4K resolution.
Integrated with 16GB LPDDR3 RAM, the HP Spectre 13 features a full-size edge-to-edge backlit keyboard, 1TB PCIe SSD drive. The laptop has been designed to deliver up to 12 hours of battery life. The addition of HP Fast Charge technology enables users to quickly charge the laptop. Hence, the laptop makes an ideal companion for traveling professionals.
Commenting on the development, Yam Su Yin, Vice President, Consumer Personal Systems and Retail Sales, Asia-Pacific and Japan, HP disclosed that the company is delivering the thinnest touch laptops loaded with Windows 10. It provides high speed without sacrificing performance. Furthermore, the new laptops will set new trends in the industry when it comes to security, sound, design and battery life.
Talking about the HP Spectre x360 13, the laptop offers a 13-inch diagonal 4K display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. The display is designed using micro-edge bezels with wide viewing angles.
The HP Spectre x360 13 ships with 16GB RAM, 1TB PCIe SSD powered by 8th Generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. The laptop is capable of delivering up to 17 hours of backup time. On the side, you will find a fingerprint scanner coupled with HP Sure View privacy option. However, the feature is available only on FHD variants in a bid to eliminate visual hacking.
