Samsung has launched Galaxy Tab A 2017 in Black and Gold color variants for $275. As part of the launch offer, customers will be eligible for 180GB of 4G data from Reliance Jio for a period of one year.

Commenting on the launch, Vishal Kaul, Director, Mobile Business, Samsung India disclosed that the company has crossed 50 percent of the market share in India. The company is gearing up to introduce the upcoming products to provide a unique experience for customers. The main motto of the company is to stay ahead, keep growing and keep doing good things.

The highlight of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 is the integration of a 5000mAh battery, which provides a capability to provide a standby time of 14 hours. The company revealed that it is possible to watch multimedia content for 14 hours without charging.

Like in the case of the Samsung Galaxy S8, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 also provides access to Bixby Home assistant. You can now search and locate content with just a single swipe. Moreover, you need not have to open an app since the work involved is to speak directly to fetch answers.

A dedicated Kids Mode included with the Galaxy Tab A 2017 tablet enable kids to play safe by providing a unique learning experience. The Kids Mode section provides access to curated educational games. The database is updated monthly and updates are pushed to the device.

On the specifications front, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 features an 8-inch HD (1280 x 800) display, Snapdragon processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable internal storage, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera loaded with Android Nougat.
