HMD Global has launched Nokia 7 with Snapdragon 630 processor and Bothie camera a CNY 2499. The smartphone will be available for sale starting October 24. It is possible to capture images using both rear and front camera ta the same time using the Bothie camera.
The highlight of Nokia 7 is the integration of a glass back cover with a 3D curve. Moreover, the rear side has been manufactured with aluminum 7000 frame with the help of vacuum moulded process.
The Nokia 7 features a 5.2-inch FHD Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protected display, Snapdragon 630 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM coupled with 64GB internal storage. Furthermore, the handset is splash-proof via IP54 technology. The handset is designed using thin bezels, metal frame, and polished glass.
Even though the handset is pre-loaded with a stock version of Android 7.1 Nougat, the handset will refresh with Android Oreo within the next few months. A 3000mAh battery supplies the required power for the phone with support for OZO audio recording capability.
The attraction of the Nokia 7 is that it provides support for Zeiss-powered Bothie feature using which you can make use of not only the rear but also the front camera simultaneously. The rear camera offers a 16MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture. On the front, the handset ships with a 5MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
Based on the previous trends, the Nokia 7 is expected to be available in India between Rs. 20000 and Rs. 27000. We don’t have any confirmation about when the phone will be available in India. In all probability, the Nokia 7 will launch early January 2018.
