Xiaomi has added one more Television to its kitty with the launch of the Mi TV 4C. The highlight of the Xiaomi Mi TV 4C is that it features a 9mm slim bezel with support for 4K HDR. Touted as an upgrade to the Mi TV 4A, the Xiaomi Mi TV 4C is available in both 43-inch and 55-inch display sizes.
While the 43-inch model features FHD display, 1GB RAM, and 8GB internal storage, the 55-inch variant of the Xiaomi Mi TV 4C offers 4K HDR display, 2GB RAM coupled with 8GB internal storage.
On the internals, the Xiaomi Mi TV 4C is powered by an Amlogic T962 64-bit processor with support for HDR 10, HLG, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, DTS Audio and Dolby Digital. The advantage of the new model is that it includes a special mode called blue light reduction, which is exclusively oriented to reduce eye strain.
Xiaomi also offers the Mi Bluetooth Remote Control available at CNY 99 with speech recognition and Infrared capabilities including Mi Touch and Bluetooth. The 43-inch model is priced at CNY 1849, while the 55-inch model will be available at CNY 2649.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4C will be available in China within the next few days. We don’t have any confirmation about the availability of the smartphone outside China. That said, the Lei Jun-owned company is aggressively marketing the Television due to slim bezels, which is not available with competing TVs.
