Vodafone Announces Easy Portability For Reliance Customers Based In Assam & North East

Vodafone has announced a facility with which Reliance Communications customers based in North East and Assam can port their connections to Vodafone network. If you are located in Assam and using Reliance, you will be able to change the provider to Vodafone. The main purpose of the port-in facility is to enable customers to provide a seamless network connectivity and also to avoid network shutdown.

As part of the migration process, Vodafone is offering exciting data and voice offers to help customers to pick a plan as per their budget. Commenting on the development, Nidhi Lauria, Business Head – Assam and North East, Vodafone India disclosed that the company has launched several offers to provide maximum value not only in terms of network and price but also service.

The company sources disclosed to us that they are excited to provide premium services with improved value for money propositions to all customers based in Assam and North East.

To switch over to Vodafone, Reliance communications customers should navigate to network settings on their smartphone and manually select Vodafone network. You need to generate MNP code by sending an SMS to 1900 with the message – PORT <Subscriber’s Reliance Number>.

You should submit the generated MNP code with all the mandatory documents and photographs by visiting the nearest Vodafone store or retailer. Vodafone also released an exclusive phone number 1800 1234567 to help customers with the migration process.
