Moto X4 to launch on November 13 as Flipkart exclusive

Motorola is gearing up to launch Moto X4 in India at a launch event scheduled to be held on November 13. Touted to be Flipkart exclusive, the Moto X4 will be bundled not only with Google Assistant but also with Amazon Alexa voice assistant. The homegrown retailer has already created a teaser page for the smartphone and you can also expect several launch offers including cashback and exciting exchange offers.

Tagged with #experienceperfection, the Moto X4 will be equipped with a 5.2-inch FHD LTPS IPS Corning Gorilla Glass protected display with a pixel density of 424PPI.

Talking about the internals, the handset will be powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor, 3GB RAM loaded with Android 7.1 Nougat. Designed with a metal unibody design, the smartphone will feature a fingerprint sensor embedded on the physical home button.

Moto X4 Camera

The rear side will probably feature dual cameras comprising of 12MP and 8MP sensors. The 12MP sensor will provide support for dual autofocus alongside f/2.0 aperture and 1.4-micron pixels. The secondary sensor with 8MP capacity will have an ultra-wide angle sensor. On the front, the Moto X4 will be equipped with a 16MP sensor with support for LED Flash.

Commenting on the development, Ayyappan Rajagopal, Senior Director, Smartphones, Flipkart disclosed that the partnership with Motorola will set new benchmarks with the forthcoming exclusive launch of the X4 smartphone. The company is hopeful that that new smartphone will appeal to a large cross-section of customers both in terms of design and performance.

The smartphone will get adequate power from the integrated 3000mAh battery with fast charging support paired with USB Type-C port. Unlike iPhone 8, the upcoming X4 variant of the Moto smartphone also includes a traditional headphone port. Even though we don’t have information about the price, the Moto X4 will be available at a cost below Rs. 25000.
