Honor is well known for the release of a wide range of smartphones once in every three months. The latest smartphone in the pipeline is the Honor V10, which is expected to launch in China on November 28. The main attraction of the Honor V10 is the integration of a Kirin 970 processor coupled with a bezel-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio. While the posted sourced from Weibo reveals the launch date as November 28, the Honor V10 will launch in London on December 5.
According to a post appeared on Weibo, the Honor V10 will be equipped with a dual camera mechanism on the rear coupled with AI technology. Moreover, the smartphone will ship with a full-screen 6-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio and will be manufactured by BOE.
On the internals, the Honor V10 is most likely to ship with Kirin 970 processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB expandable hybrid storage loaded with Android 8.0 Oreo. The rear side will have dual cameras comprising of a 16MP and 20MP sensors respectively. You will work with EMUI 8, which will feature new features including a smooth and fluid user interface.
The rumor mills confirm the fact that the upcoming Honor smartphone will provide support for fast charging. However, we don’t have any information about the capacity of the battery.
The smartphone will be priced at around CNY 3000, which is equivalent to Rs. 30000. That said, you should accept these facts only with a pinch of salt. In an article published on Playfuldroid, the cost of the Honor V10 will be cheaper than the Mate 10 Pro.
Nowadays, manufacturers are infusing display screen with 18:9 aspect ratio in a bid to push sales. The concept of bezel-less smartphones erupted soon after the launch of the Galaxy S8 series early 2017. Xiaomi has experimented the same technique with the Mi Mix in 2016.
The advantage is that you will be able to view extra content and experience awesome viewing of movies and videos. The term bezel-less or Full display (whatever you call) is actually a marketing plot. It is to be noted that several Chinese companies have also released new smartphones using the same technology at a low cost when compared to Xiaomi and Honor branded devices. You will be able to buy a smartphone with the same bezel-free display for a cost you can afford.
