Vodafone Mobile Vans helps in SIM upgrade and Aadhaar linking in Rajasthan

Vodafone has deployed two mobile vans in Rajasthan, which will help people to complete the formalities associated with SIM upgrades and Aadhaar linking verification. The main purpose of the mobile vans is to help customers to simplify the living style and also for the betterment of the people residing in the rural area of the state.

Commenting on the development, Amit Bedi, Business Head – Rajasthan, Vodafone India revealed that the mobile provider has added additional 4G towers to strengthen Vodafone SuperNet 4G services. Moreover, the company has extended the services in such a way to cover additional towns and villages in Rajasthan.

With the help of the Vodafone Mobile Vans, the existing 2G/3G customers will be able to switch to the powerful and reliable Vodafone SuperNet 4G connectivity with free SIM upgrade done at their doorstep. Moreover, the vans will have adequate resources to link SIM number with the Aadhaar number of the customer to fulfill the requirements of Digital India.

Bedi said that the whole process of upgradation and linking has been simplified in remote villages using mobile vans. The company added that they have helped thousands of customers with 4G SIM upgrades and linkage of SIM with Aadhaar number.

In a statement released to the press, the company disclosed that the Vodafone Mobile Vans have already covered 450+ villages across Rajasthan, which includes Hingoniya, Fatehpur, Makrana, Bandikui, Mahapura, Jhunjhunu, Panchpadra, Phalodi, and Bhadra. Going forward, the mobile vans will travel deep into villages such as Manoharpur, Singrawat, Pulasar, Hindaun, Dhod, Mangloona, Kasli, Kirdhauli, Kurli, and Nechwa.
