HTC U11 Life reloaded with Android 8.0 Oreo in the US

HTC has rolled out Android 8.0 Oreo update for the flagship HTC U11 Life smartphone unlocked variant in the United States. Even though the latest update is meant for the unlocked model, we expect the company to push an update for the T-Mobile HTC U11 Life within the next few days.

To install the HTC U11 Life update, you need to select Yes, I’m in option from the software update page. You need to select Install now button after the software is downloaded. The download and installation process will take few minutes to complete and your smartphone will automatically restart. Your phone is ready for use after the restart.

The Android 8.0 Oreo update is being rolled out in a phased manner. Hence, it will take few days for the update to hit your smartphone depending on the region via over the air.
