We don’t have any indication about the processor model but we expect it could be Snapdragon. This is because Oppo always releases a new smartphone with Snapdragon processor. It’s Honor which makes use of Kirin processor. With Oppo A83, you will be able to extend storage up to 128GB via memory card.

On the optics front, the Oppo A83 will feature a 13MP sensor with support for autofocus and LED Flash. The front side comprises an 8MP sensor.

Oppo A83 rear

Expected to be loaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat, the handset provides support for all major connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. A 3090mAh battery is expected to supply adequate power for the smartphone.

The TENAA reports indicate that the Oppo A83 will be available in Gold and Black color variants. With the arrival of the phone on the Chinese certification site, we expect an imminent launch of the smartphone within the next few days. Even though there is no confirmation about the pricing, there is a possibility that the device will be budget-friendly because of only 2GB RAM. There is also a possibility of Oppo infusing a bezel-less display to boost sales. We will continue to keep track of the developments and provide you with updates. Stay tuned.
