Xiaomi has announced a partnership with Smartbox to provide hassle-free delivery via Mi.com. Smartbox is the first and only network of automated parcel delivery terminals through which you can receive the parcel at any time of the day.
Xiaomi has entered into a partnership to eliminate the delays involved with the parcel delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, then you need not have to worry since Smartbox works in a smarter way. You just need to provide the OTP at the nearest approved terminal to collect your parcel.
Firstly, you need to place an order by adding the product to the shopping cart. If delivery is available for the address, you will view the relevant dialog box on the checkout page. You just need to select the nearest Smartbox delivery terminal and proceed with the checkout process.
After order placement, you will receive confirmation emails from both Mi.com and Smartbox. You will receive a pick-up OTP from Smartbox. You will have to wait until the product reaches the selected terminal.
When the item reaches their warehouse, the team will deliver a message prompting you to pick up the parcel. You just need to provide OTP at the Smartbox terminal if you have already paid for the order. If the order is COD, you can just swipe your credit card or debit card or pay via Paytm or BHIM mobile app. You can make use of cash to pay for the order.
If you place an order via Mi.com to Smartbox, you will not be able to return the product. You will have to establish contact with the customer service within 24 hours of pickup if you have any manufacturing defects. Xiaomi has revealed the list of pickup points. You can contact +91-8882760760 if you have any questions.
