BSNL is currently offering unlimited data and voice calls along with the 1595 Postpaid plan. The offer is without any kind of restrictions and limits. Even though the 1595 Postpaid plan fetches you with unlimited voice and data, there are limits imposed when it comes to the SMS segment. Along with the application, you need to pay a security deposit of Rs. 500. The plan is currently available for all customers in India.
The main benefit of the 1595 Postpaid plan is that the calls are unlimited without any FUP limit. Moreover, you will be able to perform voice calls to any landline number in India.
Regarding SMS, the BSNL 1595 Postpaid plan provides 250 SMS per billing cycle. Hence, you will be able to send only 250 SMS for one month, which is sufficient for an ordinary user. The only disadvantage of the 1595 Postpaid plan is that BSNL doesn’t offer enhanced benefits such as digital content or magazine subscriptions.
To recall, BSNL also introduced a unique offer called ‘Loot Lo’ in November 2017, which offers discounts for users who opt for postpaid plans on a yearly, half-yearly or quarterly basis. The state-owned telecom provider provides 60 percent discount for those customers who opt for long-term validity. We will continue to keep track of the developments related to BSNL.
