HMD Global is reportedly planning to launch two additional Android-enabled smartphones namely Nokia 9 and Nokia 8 Pro. According to reports, the upcoming Nokia smartphones will ship with Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with an improved camera. Moreover, the Nokia 8 Pro will be equipped with Carl Zeiss lens with a large 5.5-inch display.
Talking about Nokia 9, the device will offer a 5.7-inch display with an embedded fingerprint sensor. we expect the Finland-based company to infuse a bezel-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio. like in the case of the Nokia 8 Pro, you can expect the addition of Snapdragon 845 processor alongside penta-lens camera on the rear.
According to sources, the penta lens camera has been under development for over one year and will have a circular module with seven holes. out of seven holes, the five holes comprises of cameras and other two are oriented for LED flash. the upcoming Nokia 9 will be designed in such a way to capture stunning images even in extreme low-light conditions.
It remains to be seen as to whether Nokia 9 will take over Samsung galaxy s9 plus, which is tagged as the best smartphone of the year in terms of benchmarks. To recall, HMD Global had launched a wide range of smartphones such as Nokia 1, Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 8 Sirocco and Nokia 7 Plus at the recently concluded MWC 2018. with the addition of two more smartphones, the company is really marching ahead to make a mark in the crowded Android market.
