Oppo F7 with full display and iPhone X Notch launch: Everything you need to know

Oppo is scheduled to launch the next-generation Oppo F7 in India on March 26 and 27. There are conflicting reports regarding the launch date and the company hasn’t yet revealed the exact date of launch. We will have to keep an eye on the official social platforms on a daily basis.

Touted as a successor to the Oppo F5, the company has released a teaser on Twitter, which states the imminent launch of the Oppo F7 smartphone. The main highlight of the Oppo F7 is the integration of a full-screen display coupled with an iPhone-like notch. Moreover, the handset will ship with the AI-enabled front camera.

Oppo India took to Twitter and shared an image of the smartphone with a cricketer on the background. The tweet states that you should make way for the all-new #OPPOF7 and also mentions about the awesome notch screen. The company also requests users to guess the name of the cricketer via the internal commenting system.

According to reports, the upcoming Oppo F7 will ship with a 25MP front-facing camera, which helps you to capture stunning selfies. The teaser image reveals the presence of a Full View display with a notch on the top to carry sensors, earpiece, and the front-facing camera. even though the company had requested users to comment regarding the cricketer, it seems that Hardik Pandya is the new brand ambassador for the smartphone.

In addition to the premium selfie camera, the Oppo F7 will carry a 6.2-inch 18:9 FHD+ display. The company is also reportedly planning to integrate Artificial Intelligence capabilities, to amplify the captured selfies. We will know about the complete features and specifications after the official launch event on March 27.
