BSNL has announced special offers for booking new connections through social media. As part of the new offer, if you book landline, broadband, and FTTH or fiber-to-the-home connections via Twitter and Facebook, the company will provide free rental for one month. You need not have to pay any charges as rent for one month from the date of The intention of this scheme is to compete with other players and also to show that the state-owned company is not far behind the race.
According to BSNL, the deployment of the powerful Fibre connectivity via an FTTH connection will help the company to provide high-speed broadband services from 56 Kbps to 100 Mbps. Moreover, the quality of the voice telephony will also improve to a large extent.
To book connections via social media, you need to navigate to the link provided by the BSNL on Twitter or by navigating to Facebook, which takes you to the selfcare.bsnl.co.in portal.

You will have to provide details such as state, district, service type, social media channel, account, name, mobile number, email id, landline number and address related details.
