Amazon India has announced a partnership with Shell Lubricants to launch its last mile program. As part of the Last Mile Connect Program, customers based in Bangalore will be able to avail oil change services at their doorstep if they place an order for Shell products. The main aim of the initiative between Amazon and Shell is to enhance the customer driving experience.
As part of the Last Mile Connect Program, Amazon customers will be able to purchase Helix Ultra (4L), Shell HX7 (3L, 3.5L), Shell Helix HX5 (3L, 3.5L, 4L) car engine oil packs and get the oil change and fitment service for free on purchase of these products.
You will be able to select the oil change and fitment services option during the purchase of Shell products. Amazon will automatically log a fitment request with CarZippi (Proflakes Solutions Pvt Ltd), which is a Shell approved aggregator. You will be provided with a service request number by CarZippi and the fitment process will be completed within 48 hours after logging a request.
Commenting on the Last Mile Connect Program, Suchit Subhas, Category Leader – Automotive & Appliances, Amazon India disclosed that the company is delighted to enter into an exclusive partnership with Shell Lubricants in a bid to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience.
The partnership with Shell will enable customers in Bangalore with the ultimate convenience of oil change service at their doorstep. The e-commerce giant revealed that they will continue to introduce trending unique innovations to simplify the shopping experience of customers.

The Last Mile Connect program is designed to provide customers with access to convenient, quick and reliable oil change service. In addition to premium lubricants, the company will also ensure that vehicles receive timely, correct engine lubrication with professional service.
Shell also sells bike engine oils and top up engine oils packs for car both in Mineral and Synthetic range via Amazon India. If you are buying other lubricant brands, you will be able to avail the services at a nominal charge of Rs 299.
