Samsung in partnership with Vodafone has launched an exclusive Red Bull Ring Pack of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ in the Netherlands. The main highlight of the Red Bull Ring Pack limited edition series is the smart cover with a unique theme and exclusive content on the smartphone via NFC. Samsung has changed the content via smart cover for the first time in a bid to attract customers.
The addition of the smart cover has changed the way the user works with a smartphone since it provides instant access from Always On Display to the Samsung app icons. Moreover, users of the Red Bull Ring pack limited edition will receive a new race wallpaper from Red Bull Ring every week including access to new video content every month.
The Red Bull Ring pack limited edition Samsung Galaxy S9 series will be suitable for users who would like to follow Grand Prix matches closely. It will provide in-depth coverage of Grand Prix information. Moreover, the look and feel of the smartphone will change every time due to the integration of rotating wallpapers of Red Bull Ring.
Commenting on the development, Marius Klijzing, Senior Product Manager Mobile of Samsung Netherlands disclosed that at first glance the Red Bull Ring Pack looks like a normal Galaxy S9 and S9+ smartphone. However, things will change once you tap on the cover of the smartphone.
A unique Red Bull Ring theme will be loaded and wallpapers, colors and app icons will change. The device also ships with exclusive content related to race videos, action photos and general news about the Grand Prix.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 Red Bull Ring Pack Limited Edition is exclusively available via Vodafone in Netherlands. As part of the launch offer, customers in the Netherlands who purchase a Vodafone Red Unlimited plan in combination with the Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+ Limited Edition will also receive two weekend tickets for the Formule 1 Grand Prix in Austria. However, the offer is valid from April 16 to May 27, 2018.
