iVOOMi has launched the FitMe fitness band and tracker in India at Rs 1999. The price is higher than Mi Band 2 and slightly lower than Honor Band. The band features a scratch-proof touch display with support for heart rate monitor, sleep monitor, running mode, pedometer, GPS including vibration reminder. Moreover, the band is integrated with a 90mAh battery, which is capable of delivering huge standby time.
Commenting on the launch, iVOOMi India CEO Ashwin Bhandari disclosed that the FitMe band is resistant to water and dust via IP67 technology. That said, the band is capable of resisting water for up to 30 minutes.
Moreover, the band is designed in a smart and sleek manner. The display panel offers a resolution of 128×32 pixels to enable you to view the content from all angles perfectly. Bhandari added that the band comes with a 6-month warranty.
The iVOOMi FitMe band is pre-loaded with Smart Me OS 2.0 with the ability to receive periodic updates via OTA. If the company pushes an update, then you will receive the update automatically. The FitMe band can be easily recharged using the bundled USB cable. The band will be exclusively available on Flipkart with immediate effect.
