BSNL has introduced a wide range of new promotional Broadband plans starting at Rs 99. The new plans will be valid only for 90 days. However, you can continue to use the plans for 6 months.
You will have to migrate to any standard plans before 6 months. The intention of these plans to enable users to test drive the features, benefits, and power of BSNL Broadband. A security deposit of Rs 500 will have to be paid by the new customers.
According to sources, the new plans will deliver a speed of up to 20Mbps. In addition to Rs 99, the state-owned company also launched Rs 199, Rs 299 and Rs 399 plans with up to 600GB bandwidth. The base 20Mbps speed will be up to the limit. After that, the speed will be capped to 1Mbps.
The BBG Combo ULD 99 plan starts at Rs 99 with 1.5 GB daily limit. Priced at Rs 199, the BBG Combo ULD 150 plan provides 5GB data per day. While the BBG Combo ULD 300 plan is priced a Rs 299 with 10GB data, the BBG Combo ULD 600 package carries 20GB data at a cost of Rs 399.
It is to be noted that BSNL is offering 20Mbps speed for all the newly launched packages. However, the speed will reduce to 1Mbps after the usage of the daily limit. As part of the launch offer, BSNL is offering one free email ID with 1GB storage with all Broadband plans.
BSNL also announced the launch of a new Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) plan valued at Rs 777 with 500GB monthly limit with voice calling functionality. You will be able to work with a speed of 50Mbps. The speed will decrease to 2Mbps after the consumption of 500GB limit and will be available from this week.
