Send an SMS to 155223 with content STOP
You should not use SMS STOP. You should use only STOP
Step 2
You will receive a message like as shown below
You are currently active on 1. Voice Chat followed by a few difficult to grasp sentence.
Step 3
Just reply with 1 as a follow up to the previous SMS
The Pack Voice Chat service will be deactivated within few seconds and BSNL will send you a confirmation message. You won’t be charged again for VAS services. You can also search on Google to know more information about VAS services.
BSNL introduced Vale added Service to provide additional services to people. The move is also done to combat heavy competition from private telecom operators.
