Smartron TronX One Smart Crossover Electric Bike Launched: All you need to know

Smartron, an India-based mobile computing startup has announced the launch of TronX One smart crossover electric bike in India. The launch assumes importance with several companies making their mark in the electric vehicle segment. Smartron has launched their electric bike via the TronX ecosystem. The bike is available in Pacific Blue and Magma Red color variants for Rs 49999.

The TronX One smart crossover electric bike provides an awesome ride experience of 25 km/hr. The bike includes two different modes such as multiple ride and virtual gears. Moreover, the bike offers 3 electric gears and 6 Shimano shifters.

Smartron has designed TronX One using premium Aerograde Alloy material, which is not only rustproof but also used in the manufacture of aircrafts. The bike is integrated with 26-inch X 2.0-inch crossroad type tires, which provides a durable look and feel.

Commenting on the development, Mahesh Lingareddy, Founder, and Chairman, Smartron disclosed that the vision is to extend the benefits of TronX to build an intelligent and connected platform in a bid to disrupt the automotive industry. The company is committed to bringing voice and touch-enabled intelligent services including IoT enabled lock/unlock functionalities. The TronX also facilitates location monitoring, servicing in addition to sharing of features for commuters.

The newly launched TronX One smart crossover electric bike seamlessly integrates with your smartphone via the tbike app. You will be able to estimate the range and set fitness goals. The bike draws power via the removable 500WHr battery, which is capable of delivering 50km of mileage on continuous throttle mode. You will get 75-85 km of range on electronic gear assist mode.

If you are located in Ahmedabad, Goa, Chandigarh, Pune, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Mumbai, you will be able to test drive the bike by approaching the relevant service and care centers.
