Vivo has announced the launch of Vivo Y83 Pro with the addition of dual cameras in India reportedly at Rs 15990. It is to be noted that the standard variant of the Vivo Y83 ships with a single camera, while the Pro variant comes with dual cameras.
The Vivo Y83 is equipped with a 6.22-inch HD+ (720×1520, 19:9) FullView 2.0 IPS notch display, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable internal storage preloaded with Funtouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
The company hasn’t yet revealed the name of the processor. The rear side carries dual camera sensors comprising of 13MP and 2MP sensors. The selfie camera bears an 8MP camera coupled with AI face beautification functionality. The smartphone draws power via the integrated 3260mAh battery.
Vivo has so far released several FullView display smartphones such as Vivo V9 and Vivo V9 Youth. Going forward, the company will most likely release several smartphones with FullView display. The future is going towards bezel-less and companies are adopting this technique to gain attraction among customers.
