Nokia 5.1 Plus With Helio P60 Processor Launched: Features, Specifications and Price

HMD Global has announced the launch of Nokia 5.1 Plus with notch display, Helio P60 processor coupled with AI-enabled imaging capabilities. The smartphone will be available on Flipkart towards the middle of September. The Finland-based company hasn’t revealed the pricing of the smartphone as of yet.

The Nokia 5.1 Plus is equipped with a 5.9-inch notch HD+ 2.5D Cover Glass display, MediaTek Helio P60 processor, 3GB LPDDR3 RAM, 32GB expandable internal storage powered by a 3060mAh battery. The chipset is capable of running up to 1.8Ghz, which enables you to run apps and programs without any lags.

Like in the case of Nokia 6.1 Plus, you will be able to extend the storage up to 400GB via micro SD card slot. The handset is pre-loaded with Android Oreo, which helps you to work with all the latest features.

Talking about the camera, the Nokia 5.1 Plus accommodates dual rear cameras comprising of 13MP and 5MP sensors with support for PDAF, depth sense and LED Flash. The selfie camera offers an 8MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The phone contains touch monoblock with on-screen keys.

In addition to the fingerprint sensor, the Nokia 5.1 Plus provides support for a traditional headphone port including sensors such as ambient light, proximity, accelerometer, gyroscope and USB Type-C port. The handset also includes support for all basic connectivity features including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, AGPS, GLONASS and FM Radio. The phone offers a single speaker with AMP+ coupled with dual mics.

The product package consists of a 5V/2A charger. Moreover, the Nokia 5.1 Plus is capable of delivering standby time of up to 20.5 days and talk time of up to 18 hours. You will experience MP3 and video playback of up to 15 and 11 hours respectively.

The Nokia 5.1 Plus will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting September 2018. The company will reveal the price of the handset around the launch date. You will receive Rs 1800 cashback and 240GB data for 12 months for Rs 199, 249 and 448 plans.
