Asus has announced free service camp for consumers in Kerala for 10 days starting August 30. The Service Camp will end on September 10 and will be available from all the listed centers in Kerala. The recent floods had devastated Kerala and the electronic products owned by people have been damaged beyond control.
If you are affected by the recent floods and your Asus smartphone, laptop, monitor or any other product has been damaged, then you should approach the nearest Service Camp to avail free repair. The company will replace spares and service your product without any charges.
Commenting on the development, Leon Yu, Regional Head for India and South Asia, Asus disclosed that the company understands that calamities are an Act of God and the entire team stand by the people of Kerala in these difficult times. He added that customers can approach the service camp to get their machines repaired free of cost.
Asis will provide 100 percent discount of the labor charge. Moreover, the company will provide 50 percent discount on all products that are damaged by water due to the recent floods from August 30 to September 10.
