Microsoft Windows 10 October 2018 Gets Better With Next Round Of Update

Microsoft has released another Windows 10 October 2018 update patch for Windows Insiders. The new update will be available Insiders who are in the Slow and Release preview rings. With build number 17763.107, the Windows 10 October 2018 update patch provides bug fixes to address a wide range of issues.

The Windows 10 October 2018 update patch 17763.107 has fixed an issue related to extraction of files from a ZIP file in File Explorer. Moreover, the Redmond-based software giant also resolved an issue, which caused problems with roaming profiles. Previously, the profiles didn’t work correctly and the patch provides a fix, which ultimately resolves the issue.

Interestingly, the Windows 10 October 2018 naming looks confusing since the month of October will come to an end within a few hours from now. It remains to be seen whether the company will change the name to November 2018 or some other. To recall, the previous release was plagued by user data deletion issues and the product team has resolved the problem. Hence, you can download and install the patch without any worry. Your system will be safe after the installation.

We don’t have any further information as to when the company will release the final stable build of the Windows 10 update. However, the credible sources from the company informed us that the update will be released only after building a stable release. You will be able to download the official update if you join the Windows Insider Release Preview ring.
