HTC has announced the launch of Vive Pro Eye and Vive Cosmos VR headsets. The company has decided to tap the VR industry because of the huge decline in smartphone sales. The HTC Vive Pro Eye features eye-tracking capabilities in addition to gaze-tracking menu navigation. Dubbed as an evolution in the enterprise VR space by the company, the Vive Pro Eye enable business houses to create improved training simulations.
The main highlight of the HTC Vive Pro Eye is the addition of foveated rendering, which provides enhanced visual quality. The company sources revealed to us that the images always follow you instead of being trapped to the center of the display.
There is no need to turn your head and keep it forward while enjoying VR content. The new headset will set new benchmarks in the VR industry because of the awesome features.
The HTC Vive Cosmos VR is equipped with flip-up display coupled with four cameras. The Cosmos VR headset has been developed to work with premium gaming PCs. HTC has redesigned the motion controllers and looks identical to Oculus Touch.
