HMD Global has pushed Android Pie Go software update for the Nokia 2.1 smartphone. You should note that the Android Pie Go has been pushed to Nokia 2.1 with 1GB RAM. The handset was launched in May 2018 loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition). Prior to the rollout, the company had pushed Android Pie to Nokia 6 (2017) smartphone.

The arrival of the lightweight Android Pie Go is seen with great importance because customers will be able to work easily because of the nature of the operating platform. After the installation of the software update, the smartphone will consume fewer memory resources.

The Nokia 2.1 is equipped with a 5.5-inch HD (720 x 1280, 267PPI) IPS display, Snapdragon 425 processor, Adreno 308 graphics processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB expandable internal storage loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo Go edition.

While the rear side features an 8MP camera, the front-facing camera offers a 5MP sensor. The handset draws power via the integrated 4000mAh battery coupled with 5V/2A fast-charging battery. The phone will deliver a talk time of up to 19 hours and music playback of up to 128 hours. You need not have to worry about 1GB RAM because the device will work smoothly because of the Android Go edition.
