Microsoft Pushes Windows 10 Insider Preview 18894 With New Features

Microsoft has released Windows 10 Insider preview 18894 when the Build conference is underway. The developers and Insiders will be able to play with the new software bits. The main highlight of the Windows 10 Insider preview 18894 is that it ships with the required resolution for scrolling fixes.

Microsoft has resolved an issue involved with the scrolling of the mouse wheel or touchpad. If you had faced Windows crash when you attempt to open the Memory Integrity page in Windows Security, then that problem has been fixed. The Windows Update icon on the Taskbar has been DIP optimized in the new build.

Microsoft has fixed an issue where the Add someone else to this PC window would crash if you try to add a local user to the PC. The error on the WIN+(period) kaomoji section category names has been fixed.

After the installation of the Windows 10 Insider preview 18894, you will work with the latest version of the search relevancy logic, which results in fewer crashes. You will also work with a refreshed FIle Explorer included with the build.

The Windows 10 Insider preview 18894 also resolves issues associated with start menu and Narrator + R command involved with the PowerPoint Edit View. If you had experienced low Narrator volume, then it has been fixed in the preview build.

Microsoft also revealed some known issues involved with the preview build. You will experience non functioning of Realtek SD card readers. The taskbar search results won’t be visible if you make use of the remote desktop to establish connectivity with the enhanced version.

You will notice considerable lag when dragging the emoji and dictation panels. After the installation, you will notice that localized languages such as FR-FR, ZH-CN, and RU-RU are not featured on the Start menu and apps.
